Our Cats
A little information by each of our fur bearers on the important things in their lives.
Aunty Elle - Seal Pointed, born 23/02/05. Dad picked me out of a litter at JipsiGlenn Ragdolls, well actually I threw myself at him. He knows how to cuddle a furry little girl, so I decided I would adopt him. Since then I have talked him into starting a Ragdoll breeding program of his own. Mum really runs the program and website but I like Dad to think he has some input. I love my mum and dad, it is my job to keep them warm at night. It also appears that I have to keep the rest of the riffraff around here in line. Every now and then Charlie thinks he is the Alpha Male but one or two quick clips over his ears puts him back in his place.
Uncle Charlie – Seal Bicolour, born 28/08/05. I am the Boss and I have Elle’s permission to say so. There is no truth in the rumour about my bum looking big in this fur coat. I am going to look up the meaning of lard a*** one day, dad seems to like calling me that, it must be a term of endearment? I like to laze on the bed, on the floor, on the table, on the piano, on the mat, on the carpet, on the lounge, you get it – I like to just lay anywhere, on my back with my legs spread out. Dad makes me talk to him, I can’t understand a damn thing he says but it makes him happy when I say “nnnooo”. He smiles and I get a pat, so there is something in it for both of us. I wish he would get himself a life and leave me alone.
Dirleton Saffi - Blue Pointed Lynx, born 02/12/07. I love my mum and dad. I am a bit concerned about my dad, I have to help him every day to get dressed. He needs me to pick out his socks and jocks from his footlocker. You would think he would be old enough to work that out for himself by now. I also have to keep an eye on him in the toilet. I sit on his lap until I am sure everything is OK. In the mornings I jump in bed and lay on his chest just to see if he is still alive. When he pats me I know he is fine. Mum will then get up and feed us. I can count on my Mum, Dad needs so much supervision, he is such a worry, but I wouldn’t trade him, he loves me, I know.
Dirleton Yuki - Lilac Pointed, born 11/01/08. I am the stud. All the kittens you will see on these pages are mine. All of them are gorgeous. I love my mum, I cuddle her all the time. Mum tells me I am such a good, well behaved boy. I cuddle up to mum on the lounge and in bed. She cuddles me back – it is such a special bond. Oh I love my dad as well, I will let him cuddle me if he has to get it out of his system.
Dirleton Andie – Seal Pointed carrying Chocolate, born 18/10/08. Everyone loves me, really they don’t have a choice. I just cuddle them if they want it or not. Dad tells me I am his little girl. I will lay back in his arms and let him caress my ears. That is sooo nice, my purring makes my eyes rattle. Maybe I need a muffler but I am just happy. Nobody is safe from my loving personality. You want full on love well this kitty gives it every day. I am soo0 cute hey.
